Who we are
Knowhayo is the practice of Adam Ohayon, based in the Netherlands. For anything related to your data, contact hello@knowhayo.com.
What we collect
If you use the contact form or share your details in the chat, we receive what you send (your name, email address, and message) and use it solely to reply to you. Messages you type into the chat are processed by Anthropic (the AI provider) to generate responses; don't share sensitive personal information there.
Cookies
We set a small number of first-party cookies: one that remembers which version of the homepage to show you (7 days), one that remembers your cookie choice (180 days), and one that remembers which campaign brought you here so we know our advertising works (30 days). Marketing cookies from ad platforms are only set if you accept them via the cookie banner.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. It tells us aggregate numbers, such as how many people visited which page. It does not tell us who you are.
How long we keep things
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation. Chat conversations are not stored by this site after your session ends.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Email hello@knowhayo.com and we'll sort it out. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
