Global Leap Group

The Brief

Global Leap Group moves people and companies to the Netherlands. Individuals, families, entrepreneurs, startups and corporations, run out of an office in Amsterdam. The work spans immigration (highly skilled migrant permits, Blue Cards, the DAFT and JAFT routes), then incorporation, tax and employer of record, then the unglamorous half: housing, schools, deregistering from a municipality, cancelling the utilities.

That is three offers under one name, and the site had fallen behind them. The previous build led with "who we are" rather than with what a visitor actually needs. Earlier still, the same domain carried a leadership consultancy. The brand had moved twice; the website had not moved once.

What I Built

The rebuild started from a correction. The old site led with who the firm is. People who arrive at it are mid-move, and they lead with their own situation.

So the structure separates the three things the firm actually does, immigration, company setup, and the practical business of landing, and then runs a second layer alongside them written by situation rather than by service. An entrepreneur, a startup, a family and a corporation each get their own account of what their move involves and what the firm does about it. A visitor recognises themselves before they have to learn the vocabulary.

Adding a sixth situation later is a matter of writing one, not rebuilding anything. The whole site is English only, because English is what the audience arrives in.

Where It Stands

Live, and running without me. The engagement covered 2024 and 2025. What is on the domain now is the 2025 rebuild; the classic Wix version it replaced was still up in early 2025.

The blog has kept publishing since, which is the outcome I want from a handover. Wix was the right call here rather than a framework. The team needed to write, edit and ship without me in the loop, and the record shows they do.
